FIRST THING FIRST
You have to get on board and become a Cool Sport Pix affiliate member. To do this you need to purchase our starter kit, which includes our one time licensee fee. Next, you need to register your company with our home office. Traditionally, we require all new affiliates to review the training DVD in order to complete the registration process. In cases where affiliates are not their own photographer, and are going to schedule a Cool Sport Pix photographer, all that is required is a call to our home office to register and schedule your first event. Once a Cool Sport Pix photographer has been reserved your set.

You are the Promoter
In your Cool Sport Pix Starter kit you'll find promotional items like an up sell DVD commercial, wall poster, and sign up sheet. Once you have scheduled and reserved your Cool Sport Pix Photographer, make announcements, promote your event, and sign them up. You know as soon as one-person signs up, they all will.

How does the commission work?
The commission is the same as if you were your own photographer and includes all the extras, and up sell packages. Since Cool Sport Pix is providing a photographer, just minus the photographer fees. A typical Cool Sport Pix one day rate falls between $500-$700 (USD). If you are scheduling a full weekend, the full rates are just a little bit more to include the extra day. If you have 200 students, you could easily bring in over $4,000, and that's just counting the minimum. With the up sells and add on extras, you could turn that into $5,000 or more. Just deduct the photographer fees. $4,500 in just two days for promoting an event
